Prenatal Exercise - 10-Minute Prenatal Workout From Heidi Klum's Trainer

I’m often looking for something other than my usual prenatal yoga, walking, or swimming for a good exercise session while pregnant.  I would love to turn to my favorite pre-pregnancy workout DVDs, but I’m always afraid of pushing myself too hard since they aren't geared toward pregnant ladies.

When I saw this prenatal workout on Pinterest, I immediately pinned it and decided to give it a try.  There is a short advertisement before the workout begins, but it is free to use again and again.

What a great find, it works different muscles than many of my other standard exercises and I love that it is only 10 minutes long. I can definitely squeeze it in even on the busiest days. Enjoy!
